THE FACE BEHIND THE BUSINESS

Because I completely understand that alignment is more than how much somebody can do, it’s about a persons ability to match your energy and be somebody you enjoy working with. So here is a little bit more about my journey into the VA world, and what I’ll likely be doing with my downtime. Let’s see what we have in common!

LET ME LET YOU IN ON A SECRET…

If you’ve landed here, I’m guessing business has started to feel heavier than it should. You can see your vision clearly, but between the tech, the to-dos, and the tangled backend, bringing it to life feels more overwhelming than empowering.

Here’s the truth that honestly, isn’t spoken about enough in business: you weren’t meant to do it all.

You built something incredible. You’ve created income, impact, and momentum from what was once a dream, and that’s no small feat. But being the CEO shouldn’t mean being the entire team behind the scenes.

When your ideas are constantly colliding with your capacity, your creativity doesn’t flow the same way. (I know exactly what it’s like to push forward in spite of & navigate away from ‘stuck-ness’ - I’ve been there too.)

You didn’t start your business to be stuck in admin and systems.

You started it to share your magic.

Because not only can your business feel lighter, it should. (you deserve it!)

The truth? I fell into this work by total accident… or alignment, depending on how you see it.

Back in early 2023, I was working night shifts in a warehouse when a work-related injury left me off my feet (and off work) for over six months. I felt lost, like I was standing on a cliff edge with no idea what came next.

And then the universe threw me a bone.

A coach I admired and looked up to a lot, posted online about needing a VA. I applied, not knowing it was a self-employed role, not really knowing what a VA was…and somehow, it just clicked.

I was able to draw from experiences and transfer skills from so many previous jobs, and use these to pick up and learn everything I needed to become a great VA - fast.

Since 2017, I’d worked in various office environments, from supporting Business Development Managers with growth strategies, sales and marketing in multiple fields (including door-to-door sales in peak winter), working in referrals for private mental health facilities, to content creation for a couple of really amazing brands. (a pretty mixed bag considering I’d only just turned 23 before starting my business!)

These skills and experiences had already taught me so much, and although I didn’t know it at the time, they’d become the perfect, well-rounded foundation for what is now a business I truly feel so blessed and humbled to have created.

Fast forward 3 years and I’ve been the tech & strategic right-hand in countless multi 5 figure launches, chatbot builds, CRM setups, graphic design, community management, customer service with heart, live events for 400+ people… and most importantly?

I’ve helped the people I work with feel lighter. Calmer. More focused.

That’s the magic.

FROM BURNOUT TO ALIGNMENT

I DON’T ‘JUGGLE’. I CULTIVATE EASE.

Clients and their teams often call me “the juggler.”

And while I love the nickname (👑), I’d be lying if i didn’t tell you it sometimes feels like a bit of a fib, because it doesn’t feel like juggling.

When you have the right systems in place, your business isn’t chaos to keep up with. It’s a machine that runs with you.

And when your business has clean systems that work for you, the answers, the tracking, the data, aren’t lost in the abyss - your team can work optimally in supporting you because everything has it’s place in a clean, clear back end.

Which is exactly where my ‘juggler’ title feels a tad inaccurate, because yes, I can answer 10 client questions about how their launch is going at record speed…but it really isn’t juggling when all of the answers now live in a neat, tidy, accessible space.

That’s what I build. Smooth processes. Clean, scalable systems. Calm launches. Magic that doesn’t rely on busy WhatsApp group chats at 2am.

One of my client’s husbands even thanked me for how helpful I was and how i was just what she needed in her business…

That feedback meant the world to me, because this isn’t just about work.

It’s about your life getting better.

I don’t follow rigid frameworks. I listen. I adapt, and I care deeply about not just ticking things off a to-do list, but doing things in a way that make you feel lighter

WHEN THINGS FLOW, THEY GROW.

I’m usually cosied up with a book, sometimes personal growth, sometimes fantasy worlds full of dragons (balance, right?). Or catching up with my partner, Jon and our trio of troublemakers (a very needy pug and our two cats) after a busy week.

My weekends often involve venturing around our local town with a fresh, organic juice from my fave local spot. Unless it’s a cosy day at home, then you’ll likely find me cooking up a storm in our tiny kitchen. I’m really passionate about clean living and try to cook as much of my own food from scratch as i can. (I make a mean loaf of bread!)

And sometimes? I’m crying eurphorically in the stalls of a giant stadium whilst my favourite musicians supply great live music and unforgettable memories. (Gladys Knight’s farewell tour in 2024 was hands down one of the most special moments I’ve ever experienced. I’ll never get over it.)

I’m part strategist, part tech-nerd, full-time lover of life, and I carry that energy into everything I do.
